Crime Stoppers Open Cases
for Week of December 12, 2005

St. Cloud Police: Business Burglary

On 12-13-05 at 0133 hours, officers responded to an alarm at 556 25th Avenue North. Officers located a smashed out glass door on the north side of the building.

Investigation revealed that unknown person(s) entered the building and stole a laptop computer valued at $600.

Stearns County Sheriff: Church Burglary
 

The Stearns County Sheriff is investigating a burglary that occurred between 12-7-05 at 2045 hours and 12-10-05 at 1700 hours at the Truth Fellowship Christian Church, located on County Road 4 in LeSauk Township.

Items taken were a Sony digital handycam DCR HC40 and an E-Machine hard drive tower. 

This may be related to a Sartell case that occurred Friday morning, December 9th, at Opportunity Manor. 

St. Cloud Police: Theft from Vehicles

On Saturday night through Sunday morning the St. Cloud Police Department received numerous reports of an unknown person breaking into parked vehicles and stealing items from inside the vehicles.

The incidents occurred on the East Side and South Side of the city. The Police Department is cautioning persons about leaving items inside of their vehicles, due to the increasing amounts of thefts that have been reported in the city.

St. Cloud Police: Theft of Ice Fishing House

On 12/10/05 at 1322 hours officers were dispatched to the 4800 block of Heatherwood Road for a theft of an ice fishing house.

Investigation revealed that sometime between 12/03/05 and 12/07/05 someone had cut a lock on a gate and stolen the fish house. The fish house was described as an 8 foot by 12 foot green aluminum with a black roof. The fish house has four removable boat trailer tires and trailer jacks on all four corners. The value of the fish house is $2,800. The person(s) that took the item would have used a truck to haul it away.

Sartell Police: Theft from Vehicle, Criminal Damage to Property

The Sartell Police are investigating a theft that occurred on 12-1-05 at Gold Gym parking lot.

The victim found that someone had entered his locked vehicle between 1720 and 1910 hours.

Stolen were the victims:
-St. Cloud Police card key
-St. Cloud Police ID badge
-MN fishing license
-TCF VISA check card
-Chase credit card
-Health Insurance cards
-$15.00 in currency
-One black leather wallet

Sartell Police: Construction Site Theft

Sartell Police are investigating the theft of a generator from a construction trailer at 1508 Morning Glory Ave on 12/1/05.

The theft occurred between 1530 on November 30th and 0830 on December 1st.

Stolen was a Champion Generator, Model C-46535, valued at $502.00.

Sartell Police: Construction Site Theft

On November 30th, South Side Electric reported the theft of 4 boxes of pole light fixtures taken from a construction site. Loss here is listed at $3,000.00.
