Crime Stoppers Open Cases
for Week of July 25, 2005

St. Cloud Police: Stolen Vehicle

The stolen vehicle occurred sometime between 07/26/05 at 2000 hours and 07/27/05 at 0600 hours.

The vehicle is described as a 1991 Pontiac Grand Prix, four door, white in color having primer on the trunk and hood. The vehicle has a dent in the left front quarter panel, a loud muffler, no gas cap and a half tank of gas. Minnesota License PCL369.

It was taken from the parking lot north of 1500 Sherburne Drive in of St. Cloud.

2005St. Cloud Police: Arson

On 07/24/05 at approximately 0715 hours a passerby reported a vehicle on fire in the alleyway of the 200 block of 9th Avenue South. The fire department and police department responded. The vehicle on fire was a Pontiac Grand Am and was a total loss.

The Fire Marshal arrived and determined the fire was arson, possibly started in the back scat. Officers canvassed the area for possible witnesses but none were found.

Benton County Sheriff: Business Burglary

During the overnight hours of July 10-11, 2005, suspect(s) forced entry into the office and gazebo area at Benton Beach Campground. Suspect(s) removed monies from arcade games and the cash register.

Suspect(s) removed several new T-shirts blue and green in color that had the following printed on the shirts:
* Front: Benton County Parks Department
* Back: Staff or Security
