St. Cloud Police: Robbery

On July 2, 2005, between midnight and 2 am, the victim reported to police that he had been robbed in the area of 9th Ave S and Highway 23. The victim told police that he was walking a bicycle on the Highway 23 overpass when three unknown black males confronted him from beneath the overpass. Two of the males attempted to strike him with what he described as axe handles while the third male stole his wallet.
