On 11/05/07 at approximately 0131 hours officers were dispatched to
Subway, 1501 Northway Drive, reference an alarm. Officers arrived and

touch screen was not) was stolen.
There was surveillance inside of the store and officers are waiting to
receive a copy of the surveillance. There was no cash taken, only an empty

wearing a lighter colored baseball cap and lighter colored tennis shoes.
It appears the suspect used some object to break the window.
