Business Burglary and Theft

On 11/05/07 at approximately 0131 hours officers were dispatched to Subway, 1501 Northway Drive, reference an alarm. Officers arrived and found that the business had in fact been burglarized. It appears one suspect gained entry by smashing a window in the courtyard area. A cash register base (it is a touch screen system and the base was taken, but the touch screen was not) was stolen.

There was surveillance inside of the store and officers are waiting to receive a copy of the surveillance. There was no cash taken, only an empty drawer.

According to the surveillance video, it appears the suspect is a white male, approximately 5'7", l50 pounds, wearing a light or gray hoodie with a light colored shirt sticking out of the bottom. The suspect was also wearing a lighter colored baseball cap and lighter colored tennis shoes. It appears the suspect used some object to break the window.
