Sartell Police: 17 Case Summaries
Tuesday, April 17
11:20 a.m. Property damage and theft, 600 block of Brianna Drive. Doorknob
was taken off and realty company lock box was taken from a vacant home for
sale. Suspect(s) did not gain access into the home.
11:20 a.m. Property damage and theft, 1200 block of Huntington Drive.
Doorknob was taken off and realty company lock box was taken from a vacant
home for sale. Suspect(s) did not gain access into the home.
Wednesday, April 18
11:30 a.m. Vandalism, Val Smith Park. Graffiti was painted on the storage
shed.
11:36 a.m. Theft, 400 block of 2nd St N. An UNLOCKED vehicle was entered
and a Pioneer CD face plate, model # DEHP3800MP, was stolen.
Friday, April 20
5:52 a.m. Theft, 32000 block of River Oaks Lane. Two UNLOCKED vehicles
were entered overnight while parked at owners residence. A set of keys
was taken from one of the vehicles and a wallet was taken from the other
vehicle. Police located the keys near the residence and the wallet was
found on the roadway by a delivery person who turned it into the police
department.
10:45 a.m. Theft and criminal damage, Great River Bowl. Suspect(s) broke
into two electronic dart boards and stole an undetermined amount of money.
Sunday, April 22
10:43 a.m. Vandalism, 800 block of Coborn Court. House was hit with
paintballs.
3:56 p.m. Theft and criminal damage, Blue Line Bar & Grill. Suspect(s)
broke into an electronic dart board and stole an undetermined amount of
money.
4:04 p.m. Theft, 1200 block of 5th St N. Two UNLOCKED vehicles were
entered. Suspect(s) stole a wallet, several pairs of sunglasses, a black
30-gig IPod, and a car stereo adapter with charger.
Monday, April 23
8:15 a.m. Theft, 1800 block of 34th St N. A construction trailer was
entered and numerous tools and pieces of equipment valued at over $11,000
were stolen.
8:50 a.m. Theft, 1400 block of 8th Ave N. An UNLOCKED vehicle was entered
and a Coach briefcase containing a Hewlett Packard HPCNC 4010Q laptop
computer was stolen.
2:55 p.m. Vandalism, Dezuriks. Building was struck with paintballs.
Wednesday, April 25
9:49 p.m. Theft, Northside Park. A female reported that while her UNLOCKED
vehicle was parked in the parking lot, the AM/FM/CD player was stolen from
the vehicle.
Thursday, April 26
1:42 p.m. Theft, 1400 block of 7th Ave N. Several items were stolen from a
vehicle parked on the street. Some of the stolen items include: Apple base
station, Apple Express base station, 8 GB Ipod, 4 GB Ipod, Dymo label
writer, USB magnetic bar code reader, and numerous other miscellaneous
computer accessories.
7:31 p.m. Theft, Golds Gym. A female reported the theft of her purse from
an UNLOCKED locker. The purse is described as black mesh with glitter on
it. Inside the purse was a blue Sprint Trio Palm, silver necklace, and
various miscellaneous items.
Friday, May 4
9:00 a.m. Burglary, Rockin Ribs. Business was broken into and cash was
stolen. Police are investigating.
Thursday, May 10
8:00 a.m. Theft, Golds Gym. A set of keys was reported stolen from a
locker.
St. Cloud Police: Robbery and Assault
On 05/13/07 at 1057 hours officers were dispatched to a robbery which bad
occurred at St. Mary's Cathedral, 25 8th Avenue South.
Officers were advised $30 cash had been stolen from a female who had
collected the money for homeless children at the rear of the church. When
she and another elderly female attempted to recover the envelope from the
suspect one of them was punched in the face. The female did not require
medical attention but did have some bruising and discomfort as a result of
being struck.
The male fled the church on foot and was not located. The male was
described as being white with dark hair and a gray goatee, approximately
50 years of age, approximately 5 08", 150 pounds, wearing a jean jacket
and blue jeans.
St. Cloud Police: Residential Burglary and Theft
On 05/11/07 at 1700 hours St. Cloud Police were dispatched to the 1300
block of 15th Street North, for a burglary. The burglary occurred between
05/08/07 at 2100 hours and 05/11/07 at 1550 hours. Investigation revealed
that unknown suspect(s) may have gained access to the apartment through an
unsecured front door. A flat screen TV, digital camera, stereo system, and
mini bike were stolen.
St. Cloud Police: Residential Burglary and Terrorist Threats and 4 other
charges
On 05/11/07 at approximately 0154 hours officers were dispatched to the
1400 block of 9th Avenue South, for a burglary. Upon arrival officers met
with the victims, who stated that Terence Armand Chism, age 43 of Saint
Cloud, had kicked in the door of the apartment and had threatened to come
back and shoot the victims.
The victims were not injured in this incident and Saint Cloud Police are
still looking for Chism for 1st degree burglary, terrorist threats, No
Contact Order violation, trespassing, domestic assault, and criminal
damage to property charges. If anyone sees Chism they are encouraged to
contact the Saint Cloud Police Department.
St. Cloud Police: Residential Burglary
On 05/l2/07 at approximately 0058 hours officers of the St. Cloud Police
Department were dispatched to the 500 block of 6th Avenue South, in
reference to a burglary in progress.
Upon arrival officers learned that the suspect bad gained entry through a
back door of the residence by breaking the window. The suspect fled prior
to officers' arrival and also left a significant amount of blood at the
scene.
The victim did not see the suspect, but heard him talking.

2007)
The following businesses were burglarized and various video machines owned
by Midwest Coin Concepts were vandalized and the money in them taken.
Midwest Coin Concepts is also offering a reward.

St. Cloud Police:
Missing Person now a Homicide Case (From week of May
7, 2007)
On Wednesday, May 2, 2007, at approximately 08lS hours, St. Cloud Police
stopped Lewis Wilczek's 2004 Ford pick-up, Minnesota license YAS8058 in
North St. Cloud.
The driver identified himself as Lewis James Wilczek. The driver was later
positively identified as Jeremy Jason Hull, DOB 04/08/83, of St. Cloud.
Hull was arrested for False Information to Police and outstanding
warrants. Hull was transported to the Stearns County Jail and remains in
custody on his warrants.
Law Enforcement officials are seeking the public's assistance regarding
any information or contact that any person or business had with Jeremy
Hull, Lewis James Wilczek, or a person identifying themselves as Lewis
James Wilczek since Sunday April 29, 2007, when Wilczek was last seen.
