Crime Stoppers Open Cases for Week of October 13, 2008

St. Cloud Police: Residential Burglary and Theft

On 10/13/08 at approximately 1858 hours officers were dispatched to the 1800 block of 16th Street, Southeast in reference to a theft complaint.

Investigation revealed that an unknown individual(s) had entered the residence without using force. An X-Box 360, along with several games, were taken from the residence. At this time, it is unknown who committed this crime.

St. Cloud Police: Business Burglary and Criminal Damage to Property

On 10/11/08 officers responded to All Star Trophy, 13 24th Avenue North. Investigation revealed that someone had entered the business by breaking out a back window and caused damage inside the business.

St. Cloud Police: Business Burglary and Criminal Damage to Property

On 10/11/08 at approximately 0603 hours, officers were dispatched to the 2400 block of Division Street for a burglary. Investigation revealed that unknown suspect(s) had broken into the business and damaged items within the business.

St. Cloud Police: Residential Burglary and Theft

On 10/11/08 at approximately 1751 hours officers were dispatched to the 1900 block of 13th Avenue Southeast in reference to a burglary complaint.

Investigation revealed that unknown individual, or individuals, entered the residence and stole approximately $1,500 worth of electronic equipment, jewelry,
and other miscellaneous items. At this time it is unknown how these individuals entered or exited the residence and it is unknown who committed this crime.

St. Cloud Police: Tampering with Motor Vehicle

On 10/12/08 at approximately 0400 hours officers were dispatched to the 300 block of 24th Avenue North in reference to two males tampering with motor vehicles.

Officers made contact with the complaint who lived in the area and had witnessed the two males entering vehicles. The complainant advised that the males were last seen in the 100 b1ock of 24th Avenue North.

Officers located the males and took them into custody without incident. The male9 were identified as James Edward Maldonardo, a 21 year o1d resident of Bowlus, and Jesse Thomas Wolbeck, a 25 year old resident of Avon. The males were taken into custody and charged with tampering with motor vehicles.

Avon Police: Burglaries, Thefts and Criminal Damage to Property
 
10-08-2008 - Multiple burglaries, thefts and criminal damage to property complaints were reported to the City of Avon Police Department on Wednesday, 10-08-2008. Approximately 14 attached rental garages and 2 residential homes were burglarized. Investigation is ongoing.
