Crime Stoppers Open Cases for Week of December 29, 2008
St. Cloud Police: Aggravated Assault
with Injuries and Property Damage
On 12/28/08 at approximately 0218 hours officers were called the to 1900
block of Quarry Road, for an assault call.
Investigation revealed that a 22 year old victim had been physically
assaulted while in his vehicle in the parking lot. One unknown black male
wearing a black ski mask physically assaulted the victim with what was
believed to be a glass bottle while two other black males broke three of
the vehicle's window, out. The three males then punched and kicked the
victim while he was lying on the ground.
The victim was transported by Gold Cross to the St, Cloud Hospital for
non-life threatening injuries.
