Crime Stoppers Open Cases for Week of September 22, 2008

Waite Park Police: Theft from Vehicles and Criminal Damage to Property

On September 20th into the morning of September 21, 2008 unknown person(s) entered parked vehicles in the area between 110 and 210 15th Ave N. Vehicles were also entered in the area of Park Meadows Dr. At least five vehicles were broken into and sustained significant damage. Several items of personal property were removed from each vehicle. Anyone with information about these thefts from vehicles is asked to contact the Waite Park Police Department 320-251-3281 or Tri-County Crime Stoppers.

Waite Park Police: 2 – Business Burglaries and Thefts


Narrative: On 09/21/08 at 1642 officers from Waite Park PD responded to a burglary call at 366 10th Ave South in the City of Waite Park. Upon arrival officers determined that an unknown person(s) over the weekend had forced entry into the business at this location and done significant damage to the interior of the business. Several computer related items were taken from inside.

On 09/19/08 at 218 13th Ave N in Waite Park unknown suspect(s) entered another business and removed cash from the safe.

It is not known if these two burglaries are related. Anyone with information about either burglary is asked to contact the Waite Park Police Department or Tri-County Crime Stoppers.
