release St. Cloud Police: Residential
Burglary and Theft
On 11/29/09 at approximately 1933 hours officers were dispatched to the
100 block 15th Avenue South in reference to a burglary complaint.
Investigation revealed that between 11/25/09 at 1230 hours and 11/29/09 at
1830 hours unknown suspect(s) gained entry into an unoccupied residence by
pushing open a boarded window.
Items taken include a 47" television, Xbox 360 gaming console, two Xbox
video games, two Xbox controllers, and a laptop computer.

St. Cloud Police: Shots Fired
On 11/26/09 at approximately 1343 hours, officers were dispatched to the
1600 block of University Drive Southeast for a gunshot complaint.
Investigation revealed that an altercation had occurred in the parking lot
between a black male who was on foot and an unknown person in a black
vehicle with chromic trim, possibly a Trailblazer.
During the altercation, witnesses stated the black vehicle left at a rapid
pace and that they heard gunshots. Officers located three spent .45
caliber casings and they are believed to have come from the vehicle.
No injuries were reported and the investigation is on going at this time.

St. Cloud Police: Residential Burglary and Theft
On 11/27/09 at approximately 1947 hours, officers were dispatched to 3400
block of West St. Germain, for a burglary complaint.
Investigation revealed that on 11/27/09 between 1730 and 1900, hours
someone had entered an apartment by way of the patio door. Upon entry, the
apartment was ransacked and items were taken. The apartment was processed
for evidence.
There were no suspects or witnesses to the burglary. Anyone with
