Waite Park Police: Criminal Sexual Assault
On 5/11/2009Waite Park Police Officers received a report of a sexual
assault that occurred on 5/9/09 between 9 pm and 10:30 pm at the 200 block
of 3rd Street S. A 14 year old female was approached by a white male in a
stairwell and sexually assaulted.
At this time the suspect appears to be a stranger to the victim. The
suspect is a white male approximately 5' 10" to 5' 11" about 160 lbs. He
was wearing dark colored jeans and a dark colored hooded sweatshirt. The
sweatshirt did not have any writing or designs and the hood was pulled
over the suspect's head.

Waite Park Police: Business Burglary and
Theft
On 5/7/09 the Waite Park Police Department took a theft report from a
storage facility. The owner of the property stated that between
approximately April 20, 2009 and May 7, 2009 someone forcefully entered
their storage unit and took many household items. Items taken include a
pine bench, 3 birch bark lamps, Broyhill dining room take with 6 pine
chairs, lamps with a fish pattern, speakers and a desktop computer and
monitor. The total value of the theft is over $10,000.
Stearns County Sheriff: Theft of Car Dolly
(From week of 5-4-2009)
A car dolly was stolen around the 27th of April from a rural residence on
Co Rd 45 in Lynden Twp. The car dolly had dark brown fenders and the
frame/post was a creme or tan color. The right rear taillight was busted
and you could see the yellow light bulb exposed. It was a little chipped
up from being hit by rocks on the road. The front post has the name
Quality on it. That is also the brand name of it.
Benton County Sheriff: Equipment Theft from
Gravel Pit (From week of 5-4-2009)
Details of Incident: Sometime between March-April 2009, two large welders
and regulator were stolen from a gravel pit site in Benton County. The
following welders were stolen:
Miller brand, Model – Maxtron 450, blue w/black trim, serial no. KG111783,
was bolted in the back of a van
Miller brand, case wire feed welder, unknown model/serial no. is black and
has white painted on the setting controls.
Mavrix brand, Model – Rollomatic Series 125, gray in color. |
