St. Cloud Police: Business Burglary and Theft
On 05/17/09 at approximately 0308 hours, officers responded to a burglary
in the 1500 block of West Division Street. Investigation revealed that a
glass door had been shattered and the building had been entered by unknown
suspect(s).
Several canons of cigarettes were taken before the suspect(s) left through
the broken glass door.

St. Cloud Police: 2nd Degree Burglary and
Misdemeanor Property Damage
On 05/12/09 at approximately 0010 hours officers were dispatched to a
business alarm in the 7200 block of County Road 75. When officers arrived
they discovered that one of the exterior doors to the business had been
pried open. Officers cleared the building and did not locate anyone
inside.
The business owner responded to the scene. The owner determined that
nothing had been taken from inside, but there was damage to the exterior
door.

St. Cloud Police: Vandalism and Criminal
Damage to Property
On 05/13/09 at approximately 0600 hour’s officers responded to the 400
block of 21st, Avenue North for a report of vandalism.
Upon officers' arrival they found that six separate residences and four
vehicles had been spray painted with derogatory remarks and pictures using
black, white, and pink spray paint.
It is believed that several juveniles had spray painted the residences and
vehicles between the hours of midnight and 6:00 a.m.

Stearns County Sheriff: Theft of Deer Stand
Theft
of deer stand in April 2009 from Brooten, MN area, specifically property
on Tamarack Lake Rd. Attached is a photo of type of deer stand not actual
one stolen. The deer stand is 5 ft in diameter and 6.5 ft tall. It was
painted camouflage colors, dark brown, green, and gray. It is a Swanville
Rotomold brand name.
Waite Park Police: Criminal Sexual Assault (From
Week of May 11, 2009)
On 5/11/2009Waite Park Police Officers received a report of a sexual
assault that occurred on 5/9/09 between 9 pm and 10:30 pm at the 200 block
of 3rd Street S. A 14 year old female was approached by a white male in a
stairwell and sexually assaulted.
At this time the suspect appears to be a stranger to the victim. The
suspect is a white male approximately 5' 10" to 5' 11" about 160 lbs. He
was wearing dark colored jeans and a dark colored hooded sweatshirt. The
sweatshirt did not have any writing or designs and the hood was pulled
over the suspect's head.
