Stearns County Sheriff: Theft of Car Dolly
A car dolly was stolen around the 27th of April from a rural residence on
Co Rd 45 in Lynden Twp. The car dolly had dark brown fenders and the
frame/post was a creme or tan color. The right rear taillight was busted
and you could see the yellow light bulb exposed. It was a little chipped
up from being hit by rocks on the road. The front post has the name
Quality on it. That is also the brand name of it.
Benton County Sheriff: Equipment Theft from
Gravel Pit
Details of Incident: Sometime between March-April 2009, two large welders
and regulator were stolen from a gravel pit site in Benton County. The
following welders were stolen:
Miller brand, Model – Maxtron 450, blue w/black trim, serial no. KG111783,
was bolted in the back of a van
Miller brand, case wire feed welder, unknown model/serial no. is black and
has white painted on the setting controls.
Mavrix brand, Model – Rollomatic Series 125, gray in color.
St. Cloud Police: BB Gun Assault with Injury
On 05/04/09 at approximately 1953 hours, officers were dispatched to the
700 block of 14th Street South for an assault report. Investigation
revealed that several males had been sitting on a retaining wall outside
the apartment complex when a white vehicle, possibly a Ford Taurus, that
was occupied by two white males, age 18 or 19, drove by. The passenger of
the vehicle shot one of the males who were sitting on the retaining wall
with a BB gun, hitting him in the right shin.
The vehicle left westbound on 14th Street South toward 9th Avenue South.
Officers checked the area for the vehicle with negative results. The
victim sustained a bruise from the incident.

St. Cloud Police: Residential Burglary and Theft
On 04/29/2009 at 1256 hours officers were dispatched to the 6100 block of
Westwood Parkway, for a burglary complaint. At this location an apartment
was entered through an open window, and the suspect cut the screen to gain
entry.
Stolen items were a 42" Hitachi Plasma TV, 50" Pioneer Plasma TV, 2 DVD
players, a set of speakers, an HP computer tower and flat screen monitor,
and approximately 20 DVD's. The total value of the stolen items is
estimated at $6,000.00. The burglary occurred between 2200 hours on
04/28/2009 and 1256 hours on 04/29/2009.
The St. Cloud Police Department is investigating and asks that anyone who
has information on this crime contact the St. Cloud Police Department at
