release St. Cloud Police: Residential
Burglary and Theft
On 09/20/09 at approximately 0029 hours, officers were dispatched to the
400 block of 5th Avenue South, for a burglary. Investigation revealed that
unknown suspect(s) gained entry into a residence through a lower-level
window. Once inside, the suspect(s) stole numerous items, including laptop
computers, an iPod, a backpack, and textbooks.
This incident occurred between 2200 hours and 2330 hours an 09/19/09. No
one was home at the time of the burglary.

St. Cloud Police: Armed Robbery and Theft
On 09/19/09 at approximately 2259 hours officers were dispatched to the
800 block of 5th Avenue South, for a robbery.
Upon arrival officers met with the victim, a 19 year old St. Cloud
resident. Investigation revealed that the victim was approached by a black
male, who demanded money after brandishing a firearm.
The suspect was described as being 5' 8” tall, 140 pounds, clean shaven,
and wearing a long blue t-shirt and dark colored shorts. A second black
male, described as being 18 to 23 years old, 6' tall, 185 pounds, and
wearing a white tank top and plaid colored shorts, was also observed with
a dark colored handgun.
The victim did not receive any injuries.
