Residential Burglary and Theft

On September 26, 2009 a cabin burglary was reported
to the Stearns County S.O. The only items taken during the burglary are
believed to be two (2) Tekna Model DV-3X underwater scooters used for
SCUBA diving. They are red in color and have an anti-skid surface added
onto the bottom side. I have included a photo of similar items.
St. Cloud Police: Aggravated
Assault with Injuries
On 09/27/09 at approximately 0224 hours officers were dispatched to the
600 block of 8th Avenue North, for a medical.
Investigation revealed that the victim, a 51 year old resident of St.
Cloud, appeared to have been assaulted. The victim was transported by Gold
Cross Ambulance to the St. Cloud Hospital for life threatening injuries.
The incident remains under investigation. Anyone with information
regarding the assault is asked to contact the St. Cloud Police Department
at 320-251-1200 or Crime Stoppers at 320-255-1301.
St. Cloud Police: Robbery, Assault and Theft
On 09/25/09 at approximately 1432 hours officers were dispatched to the
1500 block of Sherburne Drive, for a robbery complaint that occurred on
09/21/09 at approximately 2330 hours.
Officers met with the victim, a 52-year-old St Cloud resident, who
reported being assaulted and robbed inside his apartment by three unknown
males. The suspects arrived at the victim's apartment along with other
individuals who were attending a small gathering.
The three suspects took cash from the victim as one suspect held the
victim another punched him and a third removed cash from his pocket.
The first suspect was described as being a black male. 5'11”, 190 lbs,
light skin, and between the ages of 20-22. The second suspect was
described as being a black male approximately 5'5", 130 lbs, dark skin,
and between the ages of 18-20. The third suspect was described as being a
black male approximately 5'8", 150 lbs, extremely dark skin, and between
the ages of 18-20.
The victim stated he received minor bruises to his face from the assau1t;
however, no medical attention was necessary. No weapons were used during
the robbery. If anyone has any information regarding this incident they
