Stearns County Sheriff: 2 – Theft from Vehicles
On 9-9-09 there were 2 separate incidents involving thefts from vehicles.
Both occurred in Lynden TWP sometime overnight. In the first theft, the
suspect(s) accessed a construction trailer utilizing the key which was
obtained. Taken from the trailer was the following:
* 5 Milwaukee power drills/drivers valued at $250 a piece All drills and
drill cases have "RBC" written on them in black marker
* 1 self leveling laser valued at $1100-$1200
* 1 Milwaukee sawzall valued at $300
* various hand tools, unkown value
* 1 Dewalt circular saw valued at $200 Distinctive marking on the circular
saw is the plug. It is a bigger round plug that is normally seen on
industrial fans and not the normal 3 prong plug.
* 1 Milwaukee Job Radio valued at $120 Distinctive trademark of the radio
is that a charged battery needs to be installed in order for radio to
work. It will not work with just the power chord.
* 1 gray hooded sweatshirt size XL with the picture of Uncle Sam on it
with the words "I want beer"
Taken in the second theft was a yellow plano tool box with misc. carpet
